The AR-restor™ is a hydraulic rate/recoil-reducing buffer offering a direct “drop-in” replacement for existing mechanical buffers. It provides significant benefits utilizing the power of hydraulics to help minimize the effects of “muzzle rise” and produce the maximum performance results from the AR-15/M-16 weapons platform.

The AR-restor™ greatly reduces felt recoil and improves accuracy, suppress bolt bounce, and protects your valuable optics from excessive shock. By cushioning the rearward travel of the bolt carrier the AR-restor™ virtually eliminates muzzle rise allowing the operator faster, more accurate follow-up shots.

This new buffer offers the same dependability and improvements that Enidine provided to US and NATO forces. Enidine hydraulic recoil buffers have been employed in military applications to reduce recoil, improve accuracy and increase reliability. Examples include the soft mount for the M2 machine gun and the M249 SAW. For full-auto weapons, the AR-restor™ slows the cyclic rate allowing the barrel to stay cooler and last longer. Tests have shown the buffer to produce a reduced rate of fire by approximatly 200 rounds per minute
